Meet Our Professional Staff

We have assembled a staff of caring professionals, they form the foundation of Red Oak Counseling. Collectively our staff works well as a team but each member of the staff is highly qualified in their area of expertise. Below our staff is listed, along with a brief history showcasing a portion of the experience each member posesses.

Lynne Pierce-French,
MA, LPCC

Lynne earned a Masters Degree in counseling from the University of Dayton and is a licensed professional clinical counselor. She has worked in the counseling field for over 11 years and has been a storyteller for over 7 years. She teaches counseling classes at Sinclair, and Wright State University. Lynne Pierce-French established “A Healing Bridge, Red Oak Counseling” over 9 years ago.

Nancy Pflum,
MA, LPCC

Nancy Pflum joined A Healing Bridge Red Oak Counseling in June 2005 as the Passport Therapist. Nancy has extensive counseling experience including four years at Midwest Behavioral Health Care in Vandalia, Ohio and thirteen years at Miami County Mental Health Center in Troy, Ohio. Nancy provides mental health counseling to older adults in their homes.

Bill Baumann,
MSW, LISW

Bill Baumann has been with A Healing Bridge Red Oak Counseling for over two years. He specializes in marital, family and individual counseling. Bill has worked as a therapist, administrator and clinical supervisor for twenty-five years at various mental health centers including family services of the Cincinnati area. He also has a private practice in Greenville, Ohio.

Joseph Melia,
Master’s Degree in both Business and Pastoral Counseling

Joseph Melia has a Master’s Degree in both Business and Pastoral Counseling. He has been with A Healing Bridge Red Oak Counseling for a year now. Joe is a Storyteller for Cincinnati area nursing homes and retirement communities. In addition, he works in the field of Career Counseling, and also provides business consultation in the area of Human Resources.

Danielle Lucas

Danielle Lucas is our part time secretary. Danielle is currently attending Wright State University for a Master’s degree in Education. She has been in the office support field for three years.
